1. Open the envelope containing the Contact Vehicle Card that you have received.

2. To register and activate your card, scan it with any QR scanning app that is already installed on your phone, such as Google Lens or Paytm.

3. A registration screen will open where you must fill out all your vehicle details and press the submit button.

4. A verification One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the phone number you just entered.

5. Enter the 6-digit OTP and press the button below.

6. If your OTP is correct, your card will be activated instantly.

7. Once you see the success message, tap anywhere on your phone screen and it will take you to your vehicle.

1. For updating the details, you have to login into your account using https://app.contactvehicle.com/login

2. After successful login, main page will come with all your details. Click on the "Edit" button to update the fields.

3. You can update your Name and Email and alternate contact details.

4. Your country and your Mobile Number will be fixed and canot be updated as its your primary login id.

5. Now enter all your updated details and click on the Update button.

6. Once your detail is updated, click on the botton most link, "Go Back" to go back to your main screen.

3. You can select the reason why you want to message the vehicle owner by clicking on the radio-buttons.

4. Then enter the last 4 digits from the number plate of vehicle to the textbox under label "To send sms or automated voice call, please enter the last 4 digits of Vehicle Number Plate" and Press "SMS" or "Voice Call" buttons.

5. If mobile network is proper at end of Vehicle owner's place, he will instantly get your message or call.

Don't worry at all, just send us your details along with a photo of your card and the subject line "Problem in Card Activation" to support@ContactVehicle.com. Our back-office team will verify your details in the system and manually activate your card within 48 hours. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund 100% of your money back to your account.

You will receive a total of 300 SMS or automated voice calls upon the initial purchase of this card. However, our app notifications will be free for you until the registration expiry date of the vehicle for which you have registered the card. This means that you can still receive all your important notifications even if your wallet credit has expired, but your mobile has internet connectivity.

Log in to the portal https://app.contactvehicle.com/login and go to the 'Vehicles' section. Click on the toggle button to enable or disable the vehicle card, and press 'Save Settings' to save the changes.

Log in to the portal https://app.contactvehicle.com/login and go to the 'Wallet' section. You will see two views: one is the card view where you can view your status as a digital card, and the other is a table view where you can see details like used credits, remaining credits, status, etc. in a tabular format.

Under the heading "Please select your Vehicle Number against which you want to update these below settings", choose the vehicle number for which you wish to make the changes. Then, under the next heading named "Please Enter the Preferred Language for Display", select your preferred language of display. Finally, click on the "Save Settings" button to save your changes.

Yes, you can achieve this by hiding the SMS or voice call buttons if you do not want your wallet credits to be utilized. Even in that case, your app notification button will keep working, but for that, you need to have our ContactVehicle app installed on your phone. You can download it from the Play Store for Android devices. We will soon be launching our iPhone-based app for iPhone users as well.

Yes, you can do this by enabling or disabling the public mode in the "Settings" tab after logging into your account.

Yes, you can receive the location as an SMS by enabling or disabling the toggle button for "Turn On Location Feature" under "Communication Settings" in the "Settings" tab after logging into your account. Please note that every time you receive the location, one extra credit will be deducted from your wallet.

Don't worry, we are already giving you an extra backup card. However, if you still want another card from us, we can send you one for a minimal fee of fifty (50) rupees, plus delivery fees applicable depending on your location. With the new card, you will still be able to use all your available credits.
